Check out these tips for substitutions you can make to avoid any ingredients for which you might have sensitivities and/or allergies. You can make these changes using the mods available when placing your order.

Gluten Free Menu
If it’s not listed below, it can NOT be made Gluten Free.
BURGERS:
All Burgers can be made gluten free by simply subbing a gluten free bun for a regular bun, except Wild West & Brisket BBQ Burger. See directions below on how to make Gluten Free:
To make Wild West gf, remove onion rings. Sub grilled onions by request!
To make Smoked Brisket Burger gf, remove crispy onion strings. Sub raw onions by request!
The California Girl: sub a GF Bun to the natural build.
CHICKEN:
Any chicken sandwich can be made gluten free by subbing gf bun AND subbing Meati chicken for Gardein crispy chicken (Gardein Crispy Chicken is NOT GF).
SANDWICHES:
Crunchwrap, Reuben, Cheesesteak, Breakfast Burrito & NY Chopped Cheese can NOT be made GF. Breakfast Sandwich and BLT can be made gluten free by subbing GF bread, however the BLT is not the same with GF bread. lol
FRIES:
All fries are gluten free, except for Brisket Fries. To make brisket fries gf, hold the crispy fried onions.
MAC N’ CHEESE:
We do not serve gluten free mac and cheese.
BBQ BRISKET PLATE:
For Smoked Brisket BBQ Plate, sub gf bun and sub fries or extra coleslaw in place of mac n cheese.

Soy Free Menu
Note: Impossible Beef, Gardein Crispy Chicken, Brisket, Birria & Bacon all contain soy. Tempeh and Meati Chicken ARE soy free.
Only items listed below are Soy Free. If you don’t see it on here, then it’s not Soy Free.
BURGERS: Sub Orale Soy Free Tempeh on any burger to make it soy free, EXCEPT:
Caballero Burger* (bacon), Steakhouse Bleu Burger* (bacon), Smoked Brisket Burger (brisket), and
Birria Burger (birria).
*To make Steakhouse Bleu & Caballero Burgers Soy Free, remove the bacon.

Soy & Gluten Free Menu
Any burger, sub tempeh for Impossible, sub gluten free bun, and NO Sauce other than ketchup or mustard. Exceptions: (These cannot be modified to be SF and GF): Caballero Burger* (bacon),vSteakhouse Bleu Burger* (bacon), Smoked Brisket Burger (brisket), and Birria Burger (birria).
- Mission Chicken Burger – no sauce, or use ketchup/mustard instead, sub gluten free bun

Onion & Garlic Free Menu
All sauces contain onion and garlic except for ketchup and mustard. You can also order any item with no sauce, or sauce on the side.
When ordering your burger, ask for no butter on your bun/bread, since we use garlic butter to toast our bread. Impossible Meat does have garlic and onions in it. Avoid this. Our Soy Free, Gluten Free Orale Tempeh patty also has Garlic in it. Avoid this.
Fries are safe, with no sauce except Ketchup and Mustard.

Oil Free Menu
We sell burgers and fries for a living! We can’t guarantee oil-free, but can definitely help with a couple of hacks:
Order: Mission Chicken Burger (meati chicken) – request no butter on bun, ask for no oil on chicken on grill, no sauce on the bun (or sub ketchup/mustard), and ask for no cheese. This isn’t guaranteed to be oil free, but it’s as low oil as we can possibly go!
